Maaki is an AI assistant connected to a dedicated WhatsApp Business number. When someone messages that number, Maaki responds right away. It asks about their property needs: buying or renting, areas they like, budget, type of property, timeline, and whether they're pre-approved. Once the conversation wraps up, you get a summary of the qualified lead on your own WhatsApp. From there, you take over: call them, set up the viewing, close the deal.
